Flat shoes + shopping spree = success, no?We definitely don’t look a thing like Miss Palermo, who stunned us into silence when we saw this picture. Those legs! That hair! Those shoes! Olivia looked beautiful while out picking up bargains at Century 21 in New York. We are a bit in love with her printed shirt/utility skirt combo.
